Parimatch Withdrawal Delayed
"I requested a withdrawal of ₹17,000 from my Parimatch account on 17 September 2025 via Bank Transfer. The amount was deducted from my balance, and Parimatch issued a Payment Execution Confirmation marked 'Payment Completed' with details: Beneficiary Name - < full name removed >, Account Number - < bank number removed > (my Saraswat Co-operative Bank account), IFSC - SRCB00000386, UTR/Ref No - UTIBN62025091765324994, Transaction ID - P06622152473258588, Completed Date - 2025-09-17 13:10:40.However, my bank (Saraswat Co-operative Bank, Mumbai) confirmed the transfer was attempted but rejected and returned to the sender due to beneficiary name mismatch (possible minor variation in records) and/or invalid/flagged details. No funds were credited to my account. This occurred over 6 months ago (as of March 2026). Despite multiple contacts via live chat and email (including a formal complaint to support.my@parimatch.com on March 14, 2026 invoking their Player Complaints Policy Section 7 rights), there has been no reversal to my wallet, no confirmation of returned funds, and only deflective/templated responses or no replies. The funds bounced back to Parimatch/their processor automatically per RBI rules. I demand reversal of the full ₹17,000 to my Parimatch wallet with no deductions. Attachments include: Parimatch withdrawal screenshot, Payment Execution Confirmation, bank rejection confirmation from branch visit, and email correspondence.I have exhausted internal support options and followed Parimatch's complaints policy.
