Not giving my withdrawal even after wagering the full amount and the account is verified also

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding my blocked withdrawals and unresolved payment issue.

My current account balance is 116,676.31 INR, which I am unable to withdraw.

On 9 February 2026, I deposited 40,000 INR via USDT TRC20 crypto. The deposit was successful and credited to my account.

Deposit details:

Amount: 40,000 INR

Method: USDT TRC20

Deposit Date: 9 February 2026 (around 09:05–09:07)

After depositing, I placed bets and wagered the full deposited amount as required.

However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, Parimatch repeatedly declined all my withdrawal requests (₹500, ₹1,000, ₹5,000, ₹10,000, ₹15,800, ₹20,000, etc.).

The system shows errors such as:


- “Selected withdrawal method is not available”

- “Unfortunately, your account does not allow you to create a withdrawal request”


Sometimes the entire withdrawal section disappears from my account.


I contacted Parimatch live support multiple times. They:

- Confirmed my account is fully verified (Aadhaar verified, phone verified)

- Said no additional verification is required

- Kept asking me to wait 2–3 hours repeatedly

- Raised tickets (including Ticket ID #75163921 and later #75337616)

- Claimed the issue was “under maintenance” or “escalated”


Despite this, my withdrawals are still blocked and no timeline or proper explanation has been provided.


Support responses are generic and unhelpful, and the issue has been ongoing for several days. My funds remain stuck in the account.

Important points:

- Deposit was successful via crypto

- Full wagering was completed

- Account verification is completed

- No rule violations were communicated to me

- Withdrawals are being declined without clear reason

- Support is delaying without resolution

I am requesting Parimatch to immediately process my withdrawal either via local bank transfer or crypto. Any method is acceptable — I simply want access to my own funds.

I strongly feel this is unfair treatment, and Parimatch is intentionally delaying or blocking my withdrawal.

I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene on my behalf and help recover my rightful funds.

I have attached all relevant screenshots showing:

- Successful deposit

- Declined withdrawals

- Withdrawal disabled messages

- Verification status

- Support chat conversations

Issue is still exists.

I tried to withdraw 20000 inr to my bank account.

It got declined and withdrawal option also disabled again

Missing UPI Deposits Not Credited to Betting Account or Refunded to Bank
I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Despite providing indisputable financial proof, the customer support team has failed to offer a proper resolution.On May 30, 2026, and June 3, 2026, I initiated two separate deposit transactions via UPI. Both transactions were successfully debited from my bank accounts, but my Parimatch account balance remains unchanged. The Issue:I have reached out to Parimatch customer support multiple times and shared my official bank statements showing that these funds successfully left my accounts. However, I continue to receive repetitive, automated, or unhelpful responses. It has been several days, and the casino has neither located my funds to credit them to my profile nor initiated a reverse payout to my bank accounts. I am writing to raise a complaint regarding two withdrawal transactions from my PariMatch account that are showing as successful/completed on the platform, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.

Although both withdrawals are marked as successful in my transaction history, the requested withdrawal amounts of ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 have still not been received in my bank account.

I request you to kindly investigate this issue urgently and provide resolUtion. I have also raised ticket with them but both the tickets are still open without any resolution. The ticket no are as follows:

I request that you to reverse the amounts back to my PariMatch wallet immediately.

I have also attached the bank statement till date for confirmation, along with screenshots of the withdrawal transactions and account details for reference.
