Not giving my withdrawal even after wagering the full amount and the account is verified also

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding my blocked withdrawals and unresolved payment issue.

My current account balance is 116,676.31 INR, which I am unable to withdraw.
On 9 February 2026, I deposited 40,000 INR via USDT TRC20 crypto. The deposit was successful and credited to my account.
Deposit details:

Deposit Date: 9 February 2026 (around 09:05–09:07)
After depositing, I placed bets and wagered the full deposited amount as required.
However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, Parimatch repeatedly declined all my withdrawal requests (₹500, ₹1,000, ₹5,000, ₹10,000, ₹15,800, ₹20,000, etc.).
The system shows errors such as:
- “Selected withdrawal method is not available”
- “Unfortunately, your account does not allow you to create a withdrawal request”
Sometimes the entire withdrawal section disappears from my account.
I contacted Parimatch live support multiple times. They:
- Confirmed my account is fully verified (Aadhaar verified, phone verified)
- Said no additional verification is required
- Kept asking me to wait 2–3 hours repeatedly
- Raised tickets (including Ticket ID #75163921 and later #75337616)
- Claimed the issue was “under maintenance” or “escalated”
Despite this, my withdrawals are still blocked and no timeline or proper explanation has been provided.
Support responses are generic and unhelpful, and the issue has been ongoing for several days. My funds remain stuck in the account.
Important points:
- Deposit was successful via crypto
- Full wagering was completed
- Account verification is completed
- No rule violations were communicated to me
- Withdrawals are being declined without clear reason
- Support is delaying without resolution
I am requesting Parimatch to immediately process my withdrawal either via local bank transfer or crypto. Any method is acceptable — I simply want access to my own funds.
I strongly feel this is unfair treatment, and Parimatch is intentionally delaying or blocking my withdrawal.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene on my behalf and help recover my rightful funds.

- Successful deposit
- Declined withdrawals
- Withdrawal disabled messages
- Verification status
- Support chat conversations
