Actually I have withdrawn 12400 on 4th , May have not received it till 14th May, soI complained about it and raised a ticket
That money was important for my college fees, or I would get suspended
After 5 days, I remind everyday to your support staff that money is important, but still they don't provide me proper solution, and finally,y I got a suspension letter from my college
So I don't have trust in Parimatch anymore
I am a very old player on this platform, around 3 or 4 years played a lot of games, but still I am facing this issue
So I decided to change my platform and never ever come back to Parimatch or suggest anyone to play on it
So I asked a support staff to close my account, but they didn't help me
I also request the casino return my money to my game wallet or close my account
But they closed my chat Is this Parimatch service for their old and loyal customer
So I decided to change my platform
