Parimatch operated under parimatch.ca where I had my account banned(due to a gambling problem). They started up their new site Parimatchca.net and reopened my account without permission. Since then my gambling has got out of control and I’ve asked multiple times to have my account blocked because of my gambling problem as a result I keep spending all my money, beg to close my account, they offer me bonuses to keep me gambling and I’m back in my cycle. I’m requesting my lost money be returned based on the fact I should have never been allowed to gamble and moving forward want my account banned and prevented from being opened.

We acknowledge the request made by the player regarding additional documentation for their records.
However, we wish to clarify that the Company does not intend to provide further internal
documentation or transaction logs at this stage. This decision is based on the following facts.
1. A formal Settlement Letter has been fully executed by both parties, establishing a "full and
final resolution" of the matter.
2. Upon signing the agreement, the player explicitly declared the following: "[Name], holder of
ID/Passport No. [Number], confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this
Settlement Letter. I voluntarily accept the settlement sum and agree to the waivers and
conditions specified herein".
3. The player already possesses full access to their personal bank statements, which reflect all successful deposits and the recently remitted settlement payment.
As the player has already formally accepted the settlement sum and confirmed their understanding of the terms, we consider our obligations to be fully discharged.
