Parimatch operated under parimatch.ca where I had my account banned(due to a gambling problem). They started up their new site Parimatchca.net and reopened my account without permission. Since then my gambling has got out of control and I’ve asked multiple times to have my account blocked because of my gambling problem as a result I keep spending all my money, beg to close my account, they offer me bonuses to keep me gambling and I’m back in my cycle. I’m requesting my lost money be returned based on the fact I should have never been allowed to gamble and moving forward want my account banned and prevented from being opened.

We acknowledge the request made by the player regarding additional documentation for their records.

However, we wish to clarify that the Company does not intend to provide further internal
documentation or transaction logs at this stage. This decision is based on the following facts.

1. A formal Settlement Letter has been fully executed by both parties, establishing a "full and
final resolution" of the matter.
2. Upon signing the agreement, the player explicitly declared the following: "[Name], holder of
ID/Passport No. [Number], confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this
Settlement Letter. I voluntarily accept the settlement sum and agree to the waivers and
conditions specified herein".
3. The player already possesses full access to their personal bank statements, which reflect all successful deposits and the recently remitted settlement payment.

As the player has already formally accepted the settlement sum and confirmed their understanding of the terms, we consider our obligations to be fully discharged.

We kindly reiterate our request for the AskGamblers team to close this complaint as "Resolved," as the financial settlement has been successfully finalized and acknowledged by both parties.

Missing UPI Deposits Not Credited to Betting Account or Refunded to Bank
I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Despite providing indisputable financial proof, the customer support team has failed to offer a proper resolution.On May 30, 2026, and June 3, 2026, I initiated two separate deposit transactions via UPI. Both transactions were successfully debited from my bank accounts, but my Parimatch account balance remains unchanged. Transaction 2:Amount: ₹1,500.00 Date & Time: 03 Jun 2026, 2:44 am Paid To: Mr Manikandan (UPI ID: manikandan140@ptyes) UPI Transaction ID: 615489531152 Google Transaction ID: CICAgNiJiKioNw Bank Account: Saraswat Bank Evidence Attached: Please see the payment confirmation screenshot file "proof5000 and proof1500". The Issue:I have reached out to Parimatch customer support multiple times and shared my official bank statements showing that these funds successfully left my accounts. However, I continue to receive repetitive, automated, or unhelpful responses. It has been several days, and the casino has neither located my funds to credit them to my profile nor initiated a reverse payout to my bank accounts. Withdrawal not credit even after passing of timeline

Hi Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding two withdrawal transactions from my PariMatch account that are showing as successful/completed on the platform, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.


Below are the transaction details:


1. Withdrawal Amount: ₹3,000

Request Date & Time: 23 May 2026, 20:19

Withdrawal Completion Date: 24 May 2026, 10:45

Transfer Method: Bank Transfer

2. Withdrawal Amount: ₹5,000

Request Date & Time: 24 May 2026, 17:43

Withdrawal Completion Date: 25 May 2026, 14:49

Although both withdrawals are marked as successful in my transaction history, the requested withdrawal amounts of ₹3,000 and ₹5,000 have still not been received in my bank account.

I request you to kindly investigate this issue urgently and provide resolUtion. I have also raised ticket with them but both the tickets are still open without any resolution. The ticket no are as follows:

Ticket id - 104154921. This is for INR 5000


I request that you to reverse the amounts back to my PariMatch wallet immediately.

I have also attached the bank statement till date for confirmation, along with screenshots of the withdrawal transactions and account details for reference.

Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
