My deposit of 700 and 1000 hasn’t arrived since around 20 days.

Parimatch provider is at fault as their support guys admit it. My bank said the money was transferred to the merchant and transaction was successful. My bank said I should ask the merchant for refund. The bank can’t do anything as the money was already transferred around 18 days ago. Ticket has been in progress since a week, before this they raised tickets twice. Those tickets were solved without refunding me. I don’t believe in your tickets anymore. I waited 18 days I talked to customer supporters around 60 times gave pdf of bank statements more than 20 times and raised 3 useless tickets so I don’t trust you guys anymore your guys said the money would reflect in 1 day. Then they said in 5 to 7 days now here I am after almost 3 weeks of no progress at all. Now Parimatch support is saying that they didn’t get the money and they are asking me to get a written letter from my bank that the money is transferred and to which account they are asking to mention the address to which the money is transferred and with the bank seal and name how am I supposed to get that. Banks don't give you anything in writing. I got all the proof that I paid you the money yet your guys are denying it. Please do something its been 20 days.< sensitive information removed >

Eu fiz um depósito no valor de 5mil reais em um cassino e até agora o valor não foi depositado em minha conta! já tentei entrar diversas vezes em contato com o cassino, e eles tem todo o comprovante do mundo que fiz o pagamento. como extrato bancário, comprovante, carta assinada pelo meu banco nubank Brasil. e sempre ando falando com eles em chat online. eles fala que sempre tá tentando resolver o meu problema, mais já se passou 6 dias e ainda nada. e acho que eles não vai resolver meu problema, porque eles sempre manda eu voltar depois de 24horas. e isso já estar sendo chato, tá sendo um roubo.

Feliz um depósito na parimatch de R$25,00 com bônus de 100% de primeiro deposito bati o ROLLOVER super algo ficando com saldo Real de 6R$ 670,00 na hora da verificação de conta passou tudo certinho, mais o casino Se recusou a me pagar dizendo que eu poderia está usando software para modificar meu rosto então tirou todo o meu saldo que e meu por direito me deixando apenas com R$25,00 reais, passei a noite em claro tentando jogar e não perde e quando bato minha meta o Casino se recusa a me pagar, pior Casino aliás é um lixo de Casino, nunca tive problemas em outros Casino somente nesse parimatch.

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I have already provided payment proof and transaction details to Parimatch support, but the issue remains unresolved. Parimatch is a big and genuine platform but they do this I am not expecting this.

I am submitting this complaint against Parimatch regarding two successful UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my casino/sportsbook balance nor returned to my bank account. Withdrawal amount 33900 is not received

My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.

I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.

The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.
