I am writing to follow up on an unresolved issue regarding a deposit I made on **9th April 2025 at 1:35 PM**, amounting to **₹30,000**. The amount was debited from my account, but it has not yet been credited to my Parimatch wallet.
I had reached out to your support team on the same day, and I was informed that the refund would be processed by the end of **10th April**. However, as of today, **11th April**, I have not received the refund or any further update.
For your reference and to assist with the resolution of this issue, I am attaching the **bank statement from 9th April to today** along with **all relevant transaction receipts and proof of payment**.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide an update on the status of my refund.
