Betting account number 824698307, account is fully verified with kyc have added millions in betting account, now since last 60 days account is blocked for no reason. Now when contacted on emails they asked for bank account statement, provided regularly on emails, daily sending emails with bank statement, they are not replying. Now they said they need transaction screenshot of Astropay wallet since statement of Astropay wallet is not available they said provide screenshot of website version of astropay which will show my name alongside transaction made towards parimatch. Provided the same, regularly sending account statement and screenshot of Astropay wallet, still account not unblock.

Just check betting account payment have added millions in betting account and still you people have blocked it for no reason since February 2023, so now attaching screenshot and statement in pdf format here too, kindly unblock the account.

Eu fiz um depósito no valor de 5mil reais em um cassino e até agora o valor não foi depositado em minha conta! já tentei entrar diversas vezes em contato com o cassino, e eles tem todo o comprovante do mundo que fiz o pagamento. como extrato bancário, comprovante, carta assinada pelo meu banco nubank Brasil. e sempre ando falando com eles em chat online. eles fala que sempre tá tentando resolver o meu problema, mais já se passou 6 dias e ainda nada. e acho que eles não vai resolver meu problema, porque eles sempre manda eu voltar depois de 24horas. e isso já estar sendo chato, tá sendo um roubo.

Feliz um depósito na parimatch de R$25,00 com bônus de 100% de primeiro deposito bati o ROLLOVER super algo ficando com saldo Real de 6R$ 670,00 na hora da verificação de conta passou tudo certinho, mais o casino Se recusou a me pagar dizendo que eu poderia está usando software para modificar meu rosto então tirou todo o meu saldo que e meu por direito me deixando apenas com R$25,00 reais, passei a noite em claro tentando jogar e não perde e quando bato minha meta o Casino se recusa a me pagar, pior Casino aliás é um lixo de Casino, nunca tive problemas em outros Casino somente nesse parimatch.

I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding an unresolved account restriction and the withholding of my funds.
My account was placed under review for a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification check. I submitted all requested documents, and during a live chat interaction with a support agent named Saimon, I was explicitly informed that my request has been accepted by the Verification department

However, despite my internal verification being fully cleared, Parimatch has kept my account restricted. When I questioned why the transaction was still delayed if my KYC was complete, the agent provided a templated response stating that they are "following up with the payment provider" to credit the funds
Because my identity has been verified and approved by Parimatch's own compliance team, they no longer have any contractual or regulatory grounds to restrict my account or delay my funds. Furthermore, they have failed to provide a Transaction Reference Number (RRN) to prove the money has actually been released to the payment gateway.
Desired Outcome:
I request that AskGamblers mediate this issue so that Parimatch immediately lifts the restrictions on my account

The payment was successfully completed on 02 June 2026 at 01:15 AM, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The UPI Reference Number is 307240802366. My withdrawal of ₹33,900 was marked as completed by Parimatch approximately 3 days ago. Support informed me that withdrawals via IMPS normally take around 24 hours, but the funds have still not reached my bank account.

I have repeatedly requested the UTR/reference number, but support states that the case is still with the billing/payment team and no UTR has been provided.

The funds have neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my wallet balance. I have attached screenshots of the support conversations and would appreciate a review of the case.
