I requested a withdrawal of approximately 6700 INR and 9.5usdt from my account.
The operator required full KYC verification before processing the withdrawal.
I submitted all the requested documents exactly as instructed.
However, my KYC verification has been pending for 25 days, and the withdrawal is blocked.
I contacted support regarding the delay, but did not receive a clear response or resolution.
All documents were submitted correctly, yet my account verification is still not completed.
Because of this delay, I cannot access or withdraw my funds.

Please note that you should provide evidence that player did not honor the time frame needed for KYC, and that you have asked in timely manner what exactly was needed from the player. We must observe that during the complaint process ( which has been ongoing for more than a month ) your requests were not 100% clear nor was player guided properly throughout the KYC procedure. We would like to provide a final clarification on this matter.
While you provided some documents, the specific requirements (Wallet Transaction History and Profile Ownership screenshots) were never received within the mandatory 30-day verification window.
Because this timeframe has passed without the necessary proof to verify the account ownership, Rule 94 of our Terms and Conditions has been applied. This resulted in the account being blocked and the balance being written off.
At this stage, the verification period is closed, and the decision is final in accordance with our security protocols. For any further administrative inquiries, you may reach out to support@pari-match.in from your registered email address.
