Account blocked after 2 years of use
Since 6th October'23, my Parimatch Account has been blocked for verification after request for withdrawal. I have been using this account since almost 2 years now after completing all the initial verifications.
On my account being blocked, I requested for reasoning upon which some documents were asked to submit and were timely submitted. (Please find attached the screenshots of emails and the documents)
It's been over a month now that there is no solution, I have been constantly emailing them to receive similar kind of responses on lines of we are working on it.
More importantly, the concern here is that my funds of INR 20,350 are still blocked and I am unable to access my own resources which I feel is extremely unfair and unjust. To elaborate, I had deposited INR 5000 in my PM account to wager but unfortunately lost the the amount in wagering. With a positive mindset of recovering my loss, I deposited a hefty amount of INR 15,000 and with consistent wagering, my total amount became INR 20350 for which I placed a request for withdrawal and since then I am unable to access it.
I would request you help me gain access of my funds and my PM account. It is extremely demeaning to block an account randomly without any definite reason or explanation. I feel frustrated following up for my own funds for a reason that is still ambiguous.
