I've been a player at NineCasino for 6 months. On April 4 I requested a withdrawal of money. A few days later I made another withdrawal request for a total amount of about 4000 euros.
I passed the additional verification of the account positively, and the next day after the positive verification of the account, my withdrawal of money was cancelled and the account blocked.
The support does not give a reason for the cancellation of withdrawals and blocking the account, only what they wrote is information: that this is the casino's policy.
