Good evening! I funded my account for 1000$ and won net 640$ after which I wanted to withdraw 1000$ and play further, but I was denied withdrawal and said that my account is under consideration, it has been 24 days and it is still under consideration, also I was forbidden to make bets, help me to understand please

Hello,

The account is under investigation due to suspicious sports betting. The process might take up to a maximum of 6 months.
According to our T&Cs, ''The Company reserves the right to hold the withdrawals for the time needed to investigate violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws on the part of the Player.''

We will notify you as soon as the investigation is completed. Winnings will remain in your account and if our suspicion is not confirmed, you will be able to withdraw all funds.

Can you give proof that there was some kind of violation? Otherwise I will consider it as a long-term withholding of my money, if you do it for winning 640$ then I have no desire to play here further, just give me my money and that's the end of it.

Dear all,

After careful consideration and evaluation of the situation at hand, and taking into account the significant duration of time that needed for the casino's investigation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team had no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved.

We do, however, recommend Mystake Casino to request a reopening of the complaint, once the investigation has been concluded.

Hello! As you can see 6 months have already passed but I still can't withdraw, so I will consider it as a special withholding of my money and lying on the part of Mystake employees as they wrote above how long the investigation can last maximum, they also still haven't provided proof of my guilt.
