I have been sending all my kyc documents with my debit card and bank statement and my pan and aadhar and my all personal details and deposit screenshots and statements and everything.
Even despite sending all the corresponding documents for verification the melbet casino didn't give my withdrawal.
I have deposited 60k inr into my wallet.
And I completed wager and placed withdrawal but they rejected stating that verification has to be completed.
But I sent the all documents but they still the melbet casino not approve my verification.
Please help me in closing my account on melbet and give refund for my last deposit or withdrawal of my wallet balance.
