LeoVegas Casino - Unresponsive after account locked for ''Security Check''
Last week I tried to withdraw about £120 from my account. The next day I wanted to check the status of the withdraw but was surprised to see my account was locked.
I have contacted live chat so many times in order to figure out what happened to my account. I have uploaded all my verification documents which means that that is not an issue.
I did not even receive an e-mail to tell me about it. Even during the verification process I uploaded everything they needed and still did not receive my withdrawal only to be told that they needed proof of address which I gave them.
I have seen many comments about them doing the same with people - even some waiting for months!
Surely they must just be holding onto the money in the hope that people give up?
