LeoVegas Casino - Returning my withdrawal to my casino account
I have just written this complain but I’m not sure if it was posted, I can’t seem to find it. If this is the second time I have posted it I apologise. Hello, I recently set up an account with Leo Vegas, Tuesday 4th May to be exact. Before making a deposit I Verified my account (hoping it would stop complications like this). I deposited €140 won a little and decided to withdraw €476 at just after 02.00am on Wednesday 5th. The money was pending which they give an estimated time of 24 hours for the process. On Thursday 6th money had been returned to my Leo Vegas account.
I got through to Daniel in customer services via the online chat and was told that they were not sure why the payment was returned to my account that sometimes problems can occur, which is completely understandable. I tried to make the withdrawal again yesterday afternoon as recommended by Daniel only to find it returned again this morning to my Leo Vegas account. I am withdrawing using the card that made the deposits with to my Sabadell account.
This is very worrying considering that on this website there have been a quite few instances of Leo Vegas having problems with payments.
