I have just written this complain but I’m not sure if it was posted, I can’t seem to find it. If this is the second time I have posted it I apologise. Hello, I recently set up an account with Leo Vegas, Tuesday 4th May to be exact. Before making a deposit I Verified my account (hoping it would stop complications like this). I deposited €140 won a little and decided to withdraw €476 at just after 02.00am on Wednesday 5th. The money was pending which they give an estimated time of 24 hours for the process. On Thursday 6th money had been returned to my Leo Vegas account.

I got through to Daniel in customer services via the online chat and was told that they were not sure why the payment was returned to my account that sometimes problems can occur, which is completely understandable. I tried to make the withdrawal again yesterday afternoon as recommended by Daniel only to find it returned again this morning to my Leo Vegas account. I am withdrawing using the card that made the deposits with to my Sabadell account.

This is very worrying considering that on this website there have been a quite few instances of Leo Vegas having problems with payments.

After another rejection, they sent me an email saying I needed to verify my account again. All docs were accepted apart from my proof of address. I have my phone bill but receive it online, I sent them a photo of the online bill but it wasn’t accepted and there is no option to send a pdf.

Still trying to withdraw this. Have replied to the email sent here and attached my proof of address in the form of pdf and waiting to here back from them. Hard to believe that I’ve been trying to withdraw for 9 days.

So finally last night I got a reply saying that my withdrawal has been processed and would take between 2-5 business days to be processed. I withdrew the money last night only to wake up this morning to find the €476 returned to my Leo Vegas account once again. I have attached a screenshot of the email. 15 days later and I don’t feel any closer to getting my withdrawal.

Yesterday morning I was contacted again and the problem was resolved promptly. Thank you very much. Received they payment yesterday.
