Good evening. I have a problem receiving money. Started all 15.09.2021 I did not receive my winnings because there was no verification. 21/09/2020 I did the verification and took the money out I was approved to pay NOK 17000.
The casino promised to pay within 2-5 working days. Now it is already 12/10/2020, but the money is not in the bank account. Attached is email correspondence. To the last question, where my money is, they did not answer anything.
Please help me get the money.
