Campeonbet Casino - Holding £15,000 for weeks with no further info or proofs
I am unsure if you’ll be able to help, although I’m hoping you can.
I have an account with campeonbet.com however, it appears they are not registered with the U.K. Gambling Commission. Unfortunately the issue I have is.... I have a balance of £15,000 but Campeonbet seem to be reluctant to action my withdrawal request, they have delayed verification of my account and have become unresponsive to my communication. They just tell me to be patient, as they have found other accounts with the same IP address as mine - although I have absolutely only opened one account with them.
They have now frozen my account and told me they will be in touch. However, it has been 3 weeks since my withdrawal request.
I have logged a complaint with Curaçao eGaming, who replied to my email and stated Campeonbet are required to reply to my complaint in order to remain compliant, however that is the last I’ve heard.
Are you able to offer any assistance or advice at all?
