I would like to file a complaint against FlappyCasino regarding two pending withdrawals.
On Wednesday, July 9th, I requested two separate withdrawals of €100 each. I was informed that the withdrawals would be processed within 24 hours. However, several days have now passed, and no funds have been received.
I have reached out multiple times via email, and the only responses I get are vague excuses asking me to wait. Furthermore, their live chat is always closed, and there is no way to get real-time support or updates on my issue.
This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable, and I am starting to feel that my withdrawals will not be honored. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that FlappyCasino fulfills its obligations.

My update is that my witdraws of 100 euro each from 9 july was cancelld this morning together with my new witdraw that i made yesterday 13 july of 35 euro, they sent me just a email that they cancell it and told me to do a new witdraw without any reason why and told me it will be proccesed fast and Im still waiting my new witdraw is 260 euro and still pending i just get copy and paste Answers in chat now after 3 days closed chat
