I have tried to make 6 withdrawals in a row and they have all been cancelled. I have tried to contact customer support for help and I have not received any resolution. These cancelled withdrawals also count towards my weekly limit even though they never go through which disables me from continuing to make withdrawal requests.

Hello, I am looking to withdraw my entire balance of 5466.03 as of today.

After 2 weeks of submitting withdrawal requests, I have finally received one for $1000 but this is ridiculous that other ones after that continue to be cancelled. I am ultimately asking for Flappy Casino to help me withdraw my entire balance ASAP, removing my weekly withdrawal limit as this is unreasonable considering how long it is already taking and the CANCELLED withdrawals count towards my weekly withdrawal limit which doesn’t make any sense.

I have a remaining balance of : $5466.03 with a withdrawal pending for $1300.

While we are making every effort to prevent such occurrences and enhance the user experience, there are, unfortunately, situations where cancellations cannot be avoided due to external factors beyond our control.

Hello, I can understand if my request needs to be resubmitted but in no way should it count towards the weekly withdrawal limit if it gets cancelled. It simply stalls me from making another request when it is also out of my control. I would like to keep this complaint open until I am successfully able to withdraw my entire balance from Flappy as it seems like one of my withdrawals was finally processed after this complaint.

I currently still have a remaining balance of $4166 to be withdrawn as of this response and am currently unable to submit further requests because I have “maxed out” my weekly limit even though they got cancelled.

Hello, I have been attempting to make a withdrawal every day and only one has gone through. I still have a remaining balance of 2866 to be withdrawn with 2600 currently pending and one just recently getting cancelled
