Withdrawal of 500eur pending for 11 days despite completed verification

Hello,

I am filing this complaint regarding FlappyCasino. On 18 September 2025 at 04:50:43, I requested a withdrawal of €500 via MiFinity (Transaction ID: 44761098). As of today, 29 September 2025, the withdrawal has been in “Pending” status for 11 days with no progress or explanation.

The day before, on 17 September 2025, I successfully withdrew another €500 (Transaction ID: 44718405) via the same method. This indicates my account is verified and capable of withdrawals.

According to FlappyCasino’s own Terms & Conditions and FAQ, withdrawals are stated to be processed within 1–5 business days once verification is complete. My account has been fully verified for some time, and I have completed prior withdrawals without issue.

Therefore:
• The casino is failing to meet its stated withdrawal timeframe.
• No clear reason has been given for this delay.
• I believe this is a breach of their obligations toward players.

I request AskGamblers’ assistance to ensure that FlappyCasino processes my withdrawal immediately.

Evidence provided:
• Screenshot of my withdrawal history showing the pending €500 request (ID: 44761098) and the earlier successful withdrawal (ID: 44718405).
• My account is fully verified, and no compliance documents are outstanding.

However, your message does not address the key issue: my withdrawal request (ID 44761098, €500, submitted on 18 September 2025) has been pending for more than 11 days. According to your Terms & Conditions and FAQ, withdrawals are expected to be processed within 1–5 business days after verification.

My account has already been fully verified, and I successfully withdrew another €500 on 17 September 2025 (ID 44718405). Therefore, there is no reasonable justification for this excessive delay.

I kindly ask for:
1. A clear explanation why this withdrawal is taking more than double the stated maximum timeframe.
2. A specific date when the payout will be completed.

General assurances about “funds being safe” are not sufficient. I request concrete action and timely resolution.

Delayed withdrawal for no reason
Dear Support,

I'm asking you to help me to solve my issue on FlappyCasino. I've registered to the casino long time ago, had my KYC done and deposited once or twice without withdrawal. On the 15th of May I got an email offer from them, that I can get 200% deposit bonus on every deposit for the next few days. I tried my luck once (failed), then for the 2nd time I was lucky to win 2500€. I needed wagering and there are lots of games that you cannot play during the wagering. (but the site doesn't let you open them, so you cannot make a mistake) I've had my wager done (~2200€ balance after that), and started a withdrawal of 500€. (my weekly max withdrawable is 500€, 1000/month so i knew that it will be long to get all the winnings)
On the next day, I've got an email from the KYC team that I need to send them more documents (my KYC was already done, since you cannot even start a withdrawal till you don't have it), but I sent them what they asked for. On the next day I got another email with more information needed, I sent these infos to them also. (the first was a new selfie with my ID card, having their site opened in the background, the second was a screenshot or short video of my wallet address and full name shown - I made a 10 sec video since you cannot see the two information at once on Bybit). After that, I was just waiting patiently for 8 days, then I emailed them and asked about how much time does it take to review a single photo and a 10 sec long video.. In 2 hours I got the response that my account verification is complete (again..).
Since then, I'm just waiting, and nothing happened so far, so 2 days ago, I messaged the live support. They told me the same as I read in other complaints: "Keep you account active, active accounts have faster reviews before withdrawal". (but they also pointed that i don't have to play to get my money.. don't play, just be active.. :D)
Please help me solve this issue!

Flappy Casino Deliberately Withholding Withdrawals and Pressuring Players to Lose Winnings

I am submitting a formal complaint against Flappy Casino for what I consider deliberate and unacceptable misconduct.

I placed two withdrawal requests on 13 April and 14 April. Only one has been processed, despite their clearly stated €1000 weekly withdrawal limit. There is no legitimate justification for withholding the second payment — they are simply not honoring their own terms.

Even more concerning is their behavior during this delay. I have received repeated emails implying that my withdrawal will be processed faster or prioritized if I continue gambling. This is not just inappropriate — it is a blatant attempt to pressure me into playing back my winnings.

This creates the clear impression that Flappy Casino is intentionally delaying payouts to keep players engaged long enough to lose their funds. That is exactly what appears to be happening in my case.

When challenged, their support team avoided giving straight answers and instead responded with vague, inconsistent statements. This lack of transparency only reinforces the concern that these delays are deliberate.

Players should take this as a serious warning: if you win, you may face unnecessary delays and subtle pressure to gamble your balance away instead of being paid fairly.

I also want to highlight that I found this casino through AskGamblers, which makes this situation even more disappointing and raises concerns about the platform’s listed operators.

I demand the following:

• Immediate release of my remaining withdrawal without further delay

• A clear and honest explanation for why my payment has been withheld

• A formal review of their withdrawal practices and player communications

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this matter further with relevant authorities and continue to share my experience publicly.

I can provide full evidence, including email correspondence, to support every point raised above.

Withdrawal processing delays
On April 1st—my 40th birthday—I won a €20,000 Super Scatter bonus slot prize. Since then, I have been attempting to withdraw my winnings. My account is fully verified.

I am limited to a maximum withdrawal of €500 per transaction. My first €500 bank transfer was processed relatively quickly, as I submitted the request on the same day as my win and received the payment a few days later.

The following day, I attempted another €500 withdrawal, this time to an Ethereum wallet. I chose this method as a test, hoping it might allow for larger withdrawals, as my available withdrawal options are limited (primarily cryptocurrencies and bank transfer via IBAN). However, this request was rejected, with the explanation that I may only use one withdrawal method per win.

Shortly thereafter, I received two additional €500 bank transfers for withdrawal requests made on April 3rd and April 7th.

At present, I have three pending withdrawals (it appears I cannot have more than three requests active at the same time), submitted on:

April 9: €500
April 10: €500
April 11: €500

All three remain pending. I have sent multiple emails requesting that these payments be processed, but I consistently receive similar responses stating that “general account activity can help these reviews progress, as more active accounts typically experience smoother processing.”

It is also worth noting that when my April 7th withdrawal was processed, I already had additional pending requests; however, only one was completed at that time. As with previous payments, this withdrawal was processed only after I followed up several times via email.

I have continued playing extensively on the site and my balance has now decreased to approximately €4,500 (in addition to the €1,500 currently pending). I was encouraged to continue playing in order to increase my VIP level, as reaching a higher level would allow for larger withdrawals.

At this point, I simply want my pending withdrawals to be processed so that I can continue withdrawing my remaining balance. This situation is extremely stressful. It feels as though the system encourages continued play and losses while effectively restricting access to my funds. The timing of payment processing appears inconsistent and possibly deliberate.

If not for these withdrawal issues, the platform itself would otherwise be quite good. Had I not achieved a large win, I likely would not have encountered these problems.

Payment denied after bonus validated by live chat agent

I am submitting a complaint regarding cancelled winnings of €4,124.8048 at Flappy Casino.

On 5 March 2026 I received a promotional email offering a casino bonus of 100% up to €300 with a 20x wagering requirement.

Based on that offer I deposited €200.

At the moment of the deposit the bonus was validated and activated by a live chat agent named Alex after checking my account status in real time.

I then played using that bonus.

Later a message appeared indicating a “Bonus release limit”. Only €300 was credited while €4,124.8048 was cancelled.

When contacting support, the casino initially stated that my account had been excluded from receiving bonuses. Later they changed their explanation and stated that the bonus was a personalized offer with its own Terms and Conditions and a maximum release amount.

However, the casino has not provided:

• the specific Terms and Conditions of that personalized bonus

• the clause establishing the maximum release amount

• proof that those terms were displayed before deposit

• proof that those terms were accepted before gameplay

Since the bonus was validated and activated by their own support agent Alex at the moment of the deposit, the casino cannot confiscate winnings without demonstrating the exact promotional terms that were presented and accepted before gameplay.

I therefore request payment of €4,124.8048 or documentary proof of the specific bonus terms applicable to my account at the time the bonus was activated.

p.s -

For transparency, I also have the complete gameplay history of the session showing all bets placed and the balance progression. The file size is 17MB and exceeds the attachment limit, but I can provide it immediately if requested.

If necessary, I kindly ask the mediator to request the relevant system logs from the casino, including bonus activation records, rollover completion logs, and the application of the bonus release limit.
