I tried to withdraw my funds using all available withdrawal methods, but all transactions were declined.
After each declined transaction, I contacted customer support via live chat and phone. They said the transactions were declined due to a payment method mismatch and suggested withdrawing via AstroPay. However, the AstroPay payment method was not available on the withdrawal page; it seems they have locked my funds.
When I told customer support that AstroPay was unavailable and asked for a solution, they all acted as if they did not understand my concern.
