Withdrawal pending for 15 days 89000 INR stuck

I am facing a serious issue with Dafabet regarding my withdrawal.

On 11/03/2026, I placed a withdrawal request of ₹89,000, which is the only withdrawal in this account, and it has been stuck in Pending status for more than 15 days.

Normally, withdrawals are either processed or declined within 5–6 days, but in my case, it has neither been processed nor declined.

I would also like to clarify that the withdrawal option is still enabled in my account, yet my request is not being processed, which is very confusing.

I have contacted Dafabet support more than 50 times via email, but every time I receive the same copy-paste response (which I am attaching as proof), without any proper explanation or resolution.

My account is fully verified, and I have followed all rules and conditions. Despite this, Dafabet has failed to:

Provide any valid reason for the delay

Give a clear timeline

Take any real action to resolve my issue

Ensure my pending withdrawal of ₹89,000 is processed immediately

Take appropriate action regarding their poor support and delay

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
