Withdrawal not recieved in bank 340000 and 36000

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Dafabet, which has now remained pending for over 10 months despite multiple follow-ups.

On 19/01/2025, I initiated two withdrawals via local bank transfer. Dafabet has marked both transactions as successfully processed, yet the funds have never been credited to my bank account.

Issue Summary
Although Dafabet shows both withdrawals as processed, no amount has been credited to my bank account.
I have attached my full bank statement, clearly showing that no such transactions were received during or after the mentioned dates.
It has now been 10 months, and Dafabet has still not resolved my case or provided any concrete proof of transfer.
Request for Assistance
I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue urgently. Please request Dafabet to:
1. Verify the status of both transactions with their payment partner.
2. Provide official transaction receipts or proof of transfer.
3. If the bank transfer failed, immediately refund the entire amount back to my Dafabet account without further delay.
This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I sincerely request your support in resolving this matter at the earliest.
