Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue from my Dafabet account.

Date of Birth: 09/05/1999
I initiated a withdrawal of Rs 99,000 on 31/07/2025 at 12:04:36 AM. According to the Dafabet platform, the transaction status shows as successfully processed. However, despite this status, the funds have not been credited to my bank account to date.

I kindly request Dafabet to urgently verify this transaction with their payment partner. If the transaction was successfully completed, I request an official transaction receipt or proof of transfer clearly showing that the funds were sent to my bank account. If the transaction failed at the payment partner’s end, I request that the amount be immediately credited back to my Dafabet account.
For reference, I have attached my bank statement, which confirms that no such deposit has been received.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to reconsider my future use of the Dafabet platform.
