Withdrawal issue still being investigated
I am filing a complaint regarding a pending withdrawal of INR 23,000 from Dafabet.
The withdrawal was marked as successfully processed by the company on 25/05/2026 at 03:10:43 IST. However, the amount has not been credited to my bank account even after several days.
I have contacted the company's customer support multiple times. Initially, a UTR number was provided, but later the support team stated that the UTR was not available and that the matter was under investigation. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have only received generic responses stating that the payment team is reviewing the issue and that I will be updated by email.
I have also checked with my bank and reviewed my bank statements for the relevant period, but no credit corresponding to the withdrawal has been received.
I request the company to:
1. Provide the valid UTR/reference number for the transaction.
2. Confirm the exact status of the withdrawal.
3. Credit the withdrawn amount of INR 23,000 to my bank account immediately, or return the amount to my gaming account if the transaction has failed.
4. Provide a definite timeline for resolution.
I have preserved screenshots of chats, emails, withdrawal records, and bank statements as supporting evidence.
