Dear Dafabet Support Team,
This situation has now crossed all limits of patience and has become completely unacceptable.
I have deposited into my account twice via cryptocurrency — ₹115,999.38 and ₹53,999.83. I have already submitted full proof of these transactions, including screenshots. Despite this, my withdrawal option remains completely disabled, and every attempt shows “Withdrawal Disabled” (Error 310).
It has now been over one month, and this issue is still not resolved. This level of delay is beyond unreasonable.
You have repeatedly claimed that I requested a chargeback, which is the reason for disabling my withdrawal. This explanation makes absolutely no sense. Chargebacks are not even possible with cryptocurrency transactions. This clearly shows either a serious error on your end or a false justification to hold my funds.
Let me be very clear — you have no right to hold my money without valid reason. I have complied with everything and played fairly. There is no justification for this restriction.
I urgently need access to my funds due to a medical emergency. Your continued delay is causing serious inconvenience and distress.
If this issue is not resolved immediately and my withdrawal option is not enabled without further delay, I will be forced to escalate this matter to relevant authorities and public complaint platforms.
Fix this issue NOW and enable my withdrawal immediately.
I expect a proper resolution, not another repetitive excuse.
