Hello Askgamblers and Dafabet teams,

My Dafabet casino username - < removed and sent to the casino >

* Explaination of my current issue with Dafabet Casino Operator :

1. Since 16 October, 2025 all my withdrawal requests made have been declined by dafabet casino operators and the team members have not provided me with any information for declining my withdrawal requests.

2. My KYC account verification also remains pending under review by the Operator since more then last 2-3 weeks almost although i have uploaded and provided them with the requested documents already.

I have not received any help from the customer support at all therefore i have decided to file a complaint here.

As This kind of severe declines and delays are making me worry everyday about my funds which i have in my account with this operator. I hereby request both teams to help me with my concern on time.

I have attached all the communications and references about my issue with the dafabet casino operator for your convenience aswell.

Since last 2 days - No response and no update at all from the Dafabet casino operator about my concern.

I request Askgamblers to please help as there has been no help received yet from the Dafabet casino team about my concern yet.
Its already been 6 days since my complaint is active on this platform.

As per your Email instructions, I have uploaded my Another government-issued ID (PAN ID card – front and back) along with a selfie holding the ID Card.

I request you to check my submitted documents and process my pending withdrawals which is still pending with you.
I am still waiting worried about my funds its now been 6 days since my complaint is active and i am still waiting here with no help to my concern.
