Winning bet voided and withdrawal declined

Dear AskGamblers Team,


I am filing this complaint regarding a serious issue with Dafabet, where they have:

1. Voided a legitimately won bet of ₹3,72,000 without providing any justification, despite the outcome being marked as “WINNER” in the bet slip.

2. Declined my withdrawal request of ₹7,00,000, even though I have completed full KYC and complied with all terms.

3. Deducted nearly ₹4,30,000 from my balance after I made a fresh deposit, without any active betting or wagering.

• Winning Bet (Voided):

• Bet ID: 2729303484

• Match: West Indies vs Australia

• Bet: Over 109.5 @ 1.89

• Stake: ₹3,72,000

• Result: “WINNER” but marked void without reason

• Declined Withdrawals:

• ₹7,00,000 (Transaction ID: 453456952)

• ₹3,78,134 (Transaction ID: 453458139)

• Deposits Made on 27 July 2025:

• ₹4,34,638.44 (Txn ID: 453451951)

• ₹3,63,481.06 (Txn ID: 453455107)

Both were marked “Successful”, yet balance dropped without reason.

🙏 My Request:

1. Credit back the ₹3.72L winning amount of the voided bet

2. Explain the ₹4.3L balance deduction post-deposit

3. Process my pending withdrawal or provide proper justification


This has been deeply frustrating and appears to violate player fairness policies. I request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this issue.
