Verified account but withdrawals pending since 14 October 2025

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding multiple pending withdrawals despite my account being fully verified and all documents approved.

Country: India

My KYC verification was completed and approved — the Dafabet system itself confirms “Your document(s) has been approved. We shall inform you if we need more information from you in the future.”

However, my withdrawal requests made on 14 October 2025 remain pending without any explanation or progress. Below are the details:

• 469387279 – ₹657 – DirePay – Pending

• 469387255 – ₹3,000 – GDPay – Pending

• 469387239 – ₹12,000 – Cozeni – Pending

• 469387223 – ₹30,000 – DirePay – Pending

• 469387202 – ₹15,000 – Cozeni – Pending

• 469387171 – ₹10,000 – GDPay – Pending

• 469387150 – ₹20,000 – DirePay – Pending

Total Withdrawal Value: ₹90,657

These transactions were initiated more than 48 hours ago, exceeding Dafabet’s stated withdrawal timeframe (24–48 hours). There has been no clear response or valid reason for the continued hold on my funds.

I have already emailed Dafabet support (vipsu­ppo­rt.i­nr­@da­fab­et.com, suppor­t.i­nr@­daf­abe­t.com) and copied their licensing operator (compl­ain­ts@­emo­ore.com, compla­int­s@t­he-­emg­rou­p.com) as well as Curaçao Gaming Authority ([email protected]).

I request AskGamblers ADR to kindly assist in ensuring Dafabet releases my approved withdrawals immediately.

Thank you for the update.

I appreciate your confirmation that my account has been located. However, I want to highlight that my verification (KYC) was already approved long ago, and there has been no valid reason for holding my withdrawals for this long.

As of now, the following withdrawals are still pending:
• ₹70,000 (17 Oct 2025)
• ₹10,000 (14 Oct 2025)
• ₹3,000 (14 Oct 2025)

I kindly request Dafabet to process these withdrawals immediately, as all required documents are verified and there are no compliance issues from my end.

Please note that I have already contacted Dafabet support, EM Group, and Curaçao Gaming Authority regarding this matter.
I will keep this thread updated until my pending funds are released.
