Verification not done and lousy customer service
My first withdrawal was on 30/11/25, after contacting the customer service after waiting too long for my first withdrawal, they told me to submit documents for identity verification. Each passing day i would contact the customer service, they will keep repeat the same thing, which is for me to submit the documents despite me having done so. Feels to me the customer service isn't very helpful at all. Then finally my withdrawal shows as declined on dafabet, and they told me to resubmit the documents again. So fast forwards to 13/12/25, I resubmitted my documents again by asking a friend to take photo of me holding my ic next to me so that the photo can be sharped and clear when zoom in.
I attached the recent proof of me contacting the customer service on 16/12/25, for you all to see how the customer service is operating. 3 days since I last submitted the documents yet still no news or update from dafabet. Not to mention the countless of times i submitted previously. I have been stucked in this loop for at least 2 weeks and the customer service is totally not providing any support at all.
