I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved issue with Dafabet, where my first withdrawal request of 8,000 RMB (out of a total balance of 20,000 RMB) has been delayed for 6 days, despite Dafabet’s promotional claim of processing withdrawals within 24 hours. Additionally, their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive, providing only automated or vague replies.

On May 30, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 8,000 RMB from my Dafabet account (username: removed) to my USDT wallet. The transaction ID is 443384383. Dafabet’s promotional materials, including their website and advertisements, clearly state that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, as of today, June 5, 2025, 6 days have passed, and the funds have not been credited to my USDT wallet, with the withdrawal status still pending.

I first contacted Dafabet’s customer support on May 30, 2025, approximately 5 hours after submitting the withdrawal request, via live chat and email to inquire about the status. I received generic responses, such as “your request is under review” or “please wait for further processing,” without any specific reason or timeline for resolution. I followed up again on June 2, 2025, and requested to speak with a supervisor, but my request was ignored, and the support team continued to provide automated replies. This lack of transparency and failure to honor their 24-hour processing promise is causing significant frustration and financial inconvenience.

Furthermore, I have not been prompted for KYC verification, nor have I found any option to submit verification documents in my account settings. I have checked the “My Account” section as advised, but no verification request or portal is visible. I am willing to provide any necessary documents to expedite the process, but Dafabet has not communicated any such requirements.

I am seeking your assistance to mediate this issue and ensure Dafabet honors their 24-hour withdrawal promise by processing my 8,000 RMB withdrawal to my USDT wallet promptly. I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal request, account balance, communication with customer support, and evidence of Dafabet’s 24-hour processing claim as supporting documents. I am updating my existing complaint against Dafabet (regarding transaction ID 443384383, an 8,000 RMB withdrawal to my USDT wallet, delayed for 6 days) to report a new issue. After submitting my complaint on AskGamblers, Dafabet responded that they would investigate the matter. However, my account (username: wujt) has since been locked, preventing me from logging in. The error message states: “Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. Please contact customer service.” I want to clarify that this was my first login attempt after the complaint, so the claim of “multiple failed login attempts” is inaccurate.

My initial withdrawal request of 8,000 RMB (out of a total balance of 20,000 RMB) was made on May 30, 2025, with transaction ID 443384383, to my USDT wallet. Dafabet’s promotional materials, including their website and advertisements, claim that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, as of June 5, 2025, 6 days have passed, and the funds have not been credited, with the withdrawal status still pending. I am seeking your assistance to urge Dafabet to unlock my account, process my 8,000 RMB withdrawal to my USDT wallet promptly, and honor their 24-hour withdrawal promise. I have attached screenshots of the account lock error message and other relevant evidence.
