Payment delayed and prolonged validation

This dafabet is driving me nuts since 10 days now. Initially I requested a withdrawal of Rs. 20000 on 31/10/2023 and to process that, the team asked me for documents like photo of PAN Card, myself holding PAN Card. I submitted that and after a day when I asked the chat support they asked me to send the same documents again. I kept sending it continuously for 4 days. Then they asked me to send an alternate Id and I send the driving license as well. The next day the chat team member asked me to send PAN Card again. I send that again. This has just been going in loop. I feel this is all machine oriented and they are trying to cheat me. Then on 6/11/2023, they declined my withdrawal. It was way too annoying. Meantime I had made another withdrawal of Rs.5000 on 03/11/2023 which is still pending. It’s been 5 days now. And even for that they asked me to send PAN Card documents to process that withdrawal. I send that and the next day they again asked me to send the same. This has been going on loop again. This whole validation process is not reaching anywhere and my funds are stuck with dafabet. There’s Rs. 974000 in my account and it’s a huge amount. I’m genuinely worried about my funds with dafabet. I honestly they feel they are trying to cheat me and steal my funds. I’m fed up with dafabet and this whole issue is affecting my health as well as I’m not able to sleep or eat. I genuinely submitted all the documents whenever they asked and still they are prolonging this validation and holding my funds. Something needs to be done urgently here.

I request the askgamblers team to interfere and get in touch with dafabet and help me in validating the account and process my withdrawals. It’s my hard earned money and I don’t want dafabet to steal this.

Dear AskGamblers team, there’s no progress until now. Dafabet is still playing around with me. Repeatedly asking me for same documents like a machine. I genuinely submitted all my KYC documents. Still they declined both my withdrawals. Now I have given a request for a 3rd withdrawal for an amount of Rs. 100000 on 09/11/2023. Even that’s pending now. There’s Rs. 1300000 left in my account. It’s a huge money and I feel dafabet is planning to cheat me here. I’m fed up like anything. Please help me here

Dafabet cheaters declined my 2nd withdrawal of Rs. 5000 also. But I’m not going to give up and I just gave the request for 3rd withdrawal for an amount of Rs. 100000. I just don’t know what more should I do to get this withdrawal processed. I’ve been submitting all the documents requested by the team.
It’s a humble request to @askgamblers team to help me in this case. I have Rs. 977000 left in my account which is a huge amount.

Deposit not received once again

Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to file an official complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account, despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email.
On June 6, 2026, at 11:33 PM, I made a deposit intended for my Dafabet account via HTPay Banking. The payment was processed successfully from my end via PhonePe, but the status on the Dafabet deposit page is still showing as "Pending."

Dafabet delaying withdrawal even after completing veriifcation

Hi Ask gambler's team,

My earlier complaints were rejected because of gap in your understanding of my problem. Please read the issue in detail below.

Dafabet blocked my withdrawals 10 days back and asked for pan and photo with pan for verification.

I have provided all the necessary documentation required for verification clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines and the documents are verified 4 days ago, but the withdrawals are still not processed. You can check their reply screenshot stating verification is complete.

Since verification is complete, they should be processing my withdrawals but if I ask them to process my withdrawal, I am getting irrelevant replies regarding deposit. I think the bots are replying.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements and the verification is also completed but the issue with withdrawal still remains unresolved. If they want any additional documents for verification I am ready to give them but they are not giving me proper response to resolve the issue. I called them and emailed them but all I am getting is standard deposit bot replies. Please check it yourself in the screenshot.

I kindly request your intervention to help allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Account documents verification taking too long

My dafabet userid is < username removed ?

My withdrawal got declined and reason they gave was to submit account verification documents.

So i uploaded the requested documents in my accounts documents tab ( My id and selfie holding the id ). I uploaded them 4 days ago but till now it is showing documents have been submitted and we are reviewing them. According to them, only account documents verification takes 24-48 hours which has already surpassed and in email also I sent them. But they are sending irrelevant reply like - to validate your deposit concern something.

I am asking them about my verification status and they are replying with deposit concern which is irrelevant.

@askgamblers please intervene and tell dafabet team that documents have already been sent to their team and uploaded to the website but till now the account is not verified and due to that my withdrawal is pending.

@dafabet please verify my account now and process my withdrawal.

I've been emailing them for 4 days, but their response is very lazy, mostly bot-replied emails with non-sync answers as I provided them in Screenshots. Verification issue with dafabet casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to inform you that my account verification has been pending for over 10 days despite submitting all the required documents clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I have been emailing them since last 7 days and getting standard and sometimes irrelevant response. Please find attached screenshot.

Blocked withdraw without any reason

Hello, my dafabet username is < username removed > and they have blocked my withdrawal process without any notification or reason. Whenever I am trying to contact them, their live support agents are providing bot answers and telling me to wait and wait. I am now fully fed up with their bot answers. Whenever I try to withdraw they show error 310. I am providing the withdrawal requests and the issue I am facing with the proofs:

Payment delayed since May 25th

Hi AskGamblers team,

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.

I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.

When I raise again, they say they are checking, but already been 8 days since the withdrawal was made.
