I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my manual withdrawal request of INR 30,000, initially submitted on June 3, 2025, under the username chumi16 (DOB:<­rem­ove­d>).

Despite receiving confirmation from your representatives (John W. from help@i­ndi­acs­onl­ine.com and Yellanti from suppor­t.i­nr@­daf­abe­t.com) on June 3 that the request had been forwarded to the Payments Team and that follow-ups were being made, no further updates or transfers have been made to my bank account.

This delay is unacceptable. It has been nearly a month, and I have complied fully by submitting all necessary banking information, as mentioned below once again:
