Manual withdrawal request of INR 30300 pending since May 14th

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my manual withdrawal request of INR 30,300, which was submitted on 14 May 2025 and acknowledged by your support representatives in follow-up emails on 14 May and 16 May.
Despite assurances that the request was forwarded to the Payments Team for processing and that I would be notified upon an update, I have yet to receive any confirmation, status update, or resolution. It has now been too long since May 14, and this prolonged delay is unacceptable.
Kindly treat this as a formal complaint and expedite the processing of my withdrawal without any further delay. I also request that you provide a clear and immediate update regarding the current status of the payment.
Please acknowledge this complaint and take necessary action on priority.
