Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to formally raise a complaint regarding my pending manual withdrawal request of INR 19,200, which has remained unresolved for an unreasonably long period.

The original request was made and acknowledged on 13th June 2024, and I have since received multiple follow-up emails from your customer support team (dated 2nd July 2024, 16th June 2025, and others), all of which confirm that the request has been forwarded to the Payments Team. However, despite repeated assurances, I have not yet received the withdrawn amount, nor have I been given any clear resolution or timeline.

This prolonged delay and lack of transparent communication are highly disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect timely handling of financial transactions and accountable service. The repeated delays have caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I therefore request that you take this matter seriously and ensure that the pending amount of INR 19,200 is credited to my registered bank account immediately. Kindly provide a clear update within the next 48 hours, failing which I will be forced to escalate this matter to relevant consumer grievance forums and financial regulatory authorities.

Please treat this as an urgent and final request for resolution.
