Delay in verification and decline of 140000 INR withdrawal
I have been a verified user of Dafabet (username Shik462) for a long time. On 10 October 2025, I requested multiple withdrawals, including one for ₹1,40,000 (Transaction ID: 468801514).
Despite repeatedly submitting all requested documents — PAN card, Aadhaar card, address proof, and selfies with both IDs — Dafabet’s system has shown “Under Review” status since 05–08 October 2025.
All uploads were confirmed through their website notifications and email acknowledgment.
However, even after 10 days, my documents were still “under review,” and my ₹1,40,000 withdrawal was declined without any valid explanation.
On 13 October 2025, I contacted live support (Agent: Amna), who only repeated generic responses such as “Please wait, documents are under review.”
Despite multiple chats and emails, no senior verification officer or compliance representative provided a timeline or resolution.
Due to these repeated delays, my funds were locked.
I was forced to continue trading with my remaining balance, which led to a financial loss from ₹5,00,000 down to ₹1,40,000, directly because Dafabet withheld my verified withdrawals and failed to act within their own 12–24 hour timeframe.

Violation Claimed:
• Delay in processing verification beyond the stated 12–24 hour timeframe
• Non-transparent handling of funds
• Unjustified decline of a legitimate ₹1,40,000 withdrawal
• Breach of fair-gaming and financial processing standards under Curaçao eGaming licence obligations
Requested Resolution:
1. Immediate approval and release of all verified withdrawals, especially ₹1,40,000 (Txn ID: 468801514).
2. Written explanation for the delay and decline.
3. Compensation for the delay-induced financial loss and stress caused.
Final Note:
I have already raised a formal complaint directly with Dafabet’s Compliance & Security Department, copying Curaçao Gaming Authority ([email protected]) and AskGamblers ADR.
I request that AskGamblers intervene and ensure this case is escalated to Dafabet’s regulatory compliance team for fair and timely resolution.
