Issue
I requested a withdrawal of ₹100,000 on 21 April 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups for more than four months, the funds have not been credited to my bank account. Dafabet provided me with a UTR number, but my bank confirmed that the funds were reversed back to Dafabet.
I submitted my complete bank statements to Dafabet as proof that no such credit was received. However, the issue remains unresolved.
Additionally, Dafabet’s customer support has been unprofessional:
• Chat sessions disconnected repeatedly without resolution.
• Representatives abandoned conversations mid-discussion.
• No clear timeline or proper updates were ever provided.
This has caused me financial stress, inconvenience, and uncertainty.
