blocking withdrawals 226000 showing error 310 and delaying payments without reason

I am facing a serious issue with Dafabet regarding my withdrawals.

My account currently has multiple withdrawal requests:
- INR 170,000 – Pending since 04 April 2026
- INR 20,000 – Pending since 04 April 2026
- INR 10,000 (x2) – Marked as “Withdrawal Disabled”

Additionally, whenever I try to make a new withdrawal, I receive an error:
“Sorry, there was an error with your withdrawal (Code: 310)”

I have already checked my Documents section, which clearly shows:
“No action is required at the moment”

This means:
- No document is pending from my side
- Yet withdrawals are blocked and delayed without explanation

This is extremely concerning as:
- Earlier withdrawals were processed successfully
- Suddenly multiple withdrawals are blocked
- New withdrawals are not even allowed

Dafabet has not provided any official email or explanation for this behavior.

I request AskGamblers to intervene and help:
1. Process all my pending withdrawals immediately
2. Remove withdrawal restriction (Error Code 310)
3. Provide a clear explanation for this action

This kind of behavior damages trust and appears unfair towards players.

I am ready to provide all supporting screenshots and transaction IDs.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:

I request the AskGamblers team to intervene and get my INR 1500.00 credited or refunded immediately.
