Blocking withdrawal due to alleged unconfirmed deposit I never made
Hi Team,
I’m unable to process a withdrawal due to an error claiming an “unconfirmed deposit” of INR 1,000 (fee 3%, net INR 970) on Feb 23, 2026 at 3:50 PM IST. I did NOT attempt this deposit—no such transaction from my side. Dafabet support insists I must “secure” this amount first to enable withdrawal, but they’ve provided no proof or transaction history despite my request.

• Feb 24, 1:04 AM (me): Reported withdrawal error, provided username Govindugopi1.
• Feb 24, 2:23 AM (Dafabet - S.Venkateswarlu): “Your deposit of INR 1000 on 23/02/2026 3:50 IST not settled. Secure amount to enable withdrawal.”
• Feb 24, 1:05 PM (me): “I confirm I have NOT attempted this deposit. Please send history if available.”
• Feb 24, ~1:49 PM (Dafabet - s.nasabi): Reiterated unconfirmed deposit details, demanded securing INR 1,000 (net INR 970) for withdrawal. Suggested emailing support.inr@dafabet.com.
No history provided, no resolution. This seems like an error on their end blocking my legit withdrawal. Requesting AskGamblers mediation to force them to share proof, lift the block, and process my withdrawal.
