Account KYC Withdrawal
I am filing a complaint regarding my withdrawal and account verification process with Dafabet.
I have been trying to complete my account verification for over 10 days, and despite fully cooperating and submitting all requested documents multiple times, my account is still under review with no resolution.
Documents I have submitted repeatedly include:
- Passport (clear and fully visible)
- National ID (front and back)
- Selfie with ID
- Selfie with passport
- Proof of address (recent bank statement)
- Work permit documents
All documents were submitted in high quality, with all four corners visible and clearly readable.
However, I keep receiving repetitive and automated responses asking me to submit the same documents again and again, without any specific explanation of what is missing or incorrect.
There has been no real progress, no proper review feedback, and no clear communication from the support team. It feels like my case is not being manually reviewed at all.
My withdrawal has now been pending for over 10 days due to this ongoing verification delay.
At this point, I am requesting:
1. A proper manual review of my documents
2. A clear explanation if anything is actually missing
3. Immediate approval of my account and processing of my withdrawal
I have full records of all submitted documents and email communications.
This situation is highly frustrating and unacceptable, as I have fully complied with all requirements but continue to face unnecessary delays.
