Account Closed Without Resolution Despite Confirmation of Reopening Funds Inaccessible
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing this complaint regarding my Dafabet account, which was unexpectedly closed by Dafabet without providing any valid or detailed explanation.
On contacting Dafabet support, I was told that my account was closed due to management decision (as shown in the screenshot). However, I did not violate any terms, and I have always played responsibly.
Later, after sending a respectful request for reopening the account or at least helping with a manual withdrawal of my funds (INR 56,984.01), the Dafabet team responded via email stating "your account is now active" and I should be able to login and continue playing.
However, even after this confirmation, when I tried to log in, the platform still shows "Your account is closed. Please contact customer support." This clearly shows negligence or miscommunication from Dafabet’s support team, and my funds are now locked with no access and no real support.
I am attaching full evidence including:

I am humbly requesting AskGamblers to intervene and help me in either:
1. Reopening my Dafabet account properly OR
2. Allowing a manual withdrawal of my balance to my UPI/Bank account.
This delay is causing unnecessary mental stress, and Dafabet’s support has been totally unhelpful despite full cooperation from my side.
