Account Closed and Manual Withdrawals not paid by Dafabet since November 2024

Hi Askgamblers,

I am here to request for official deadlock letter or final response letter from higher authority of Dafabet casino if they do not want to pay my funds back to be sent to my email.thats it.

I have account balance of 17,53,280 Rs on my Dafabet account,I have attached screenshot of my live-chat with dafabet support team.

I last sucessfully received withdrawal from dafabet casino on the 08/11/2024 of 30,000 rs only since then I have been requesting every week for withdrawals but again and again I hear same response from dafabet support like -

1.we would like to inform that your withdrawal has been sucessfully processed.Kindly note it will take 1-4 business days since November month 2024.

2 - Please be advised that your request for manual withdrawal is still undergoing a validation check. I have made another follow-up for you. Rest assured, you will receive an email as soon as we have an update.
3 - have forwarded your request for manual withdrawal amounting to 49000 and INR to our Payments Team for processing. As soon as we receive an update from them, we will notify you through your registered email address.


I requested for account Re-opening and then I get a response from the dafabet support
- Your account will remain closed and we believe keeping it closed is in your best interest.


I have not taken any BONUS-OFFERS from the Dafabet Casino.

Please tell me clearly if the Casino do not want to return back my funds and Why - I need full explanation and official email sent to my email with reason and proof for not wanting to return me back my money. What happens to my balance which is in my account currently, I just need to know all of these thats it.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

In addition, the AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

As all my emails has been deleted from my Email Box due to storage problem, I request you to share the necessary details as I am not aware nor was I informed or communicated by you on email that my documents are marked as invalid.

I would like you to clarify me :

1.Why has the documents been marked as Invalid ?

2. Why did you process my withdrawal of Only 30,000 Rs on 08/11/2024. I still have a current balance of 17,53,280 Rs. Why are you not processing them for me yet ?

3. Please send me an email and clarify me via Email what do you mean by Correct documents ?

As i have shared with you the correct PAN ID and Aadhar Card photo already.

I request you to please explain and email me what exactly do you need from me now ?

Please return me back my funds and you can close my account permanently if you want to after returning back all my funds.
