Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dafabet for failing to process my manual withdrawal request of ₹19,500, which I initiated on February 24, 2025.
Despite multiple follow-ups, including the emails I have attached here from Dafabet's support team (dated February 24 and June 19, 2024), my withdrawal remains unprocessed for more than three months. Each response merely states that the request has been forwarded to the payments team, with no resolution or payment update provided.
I find this delay unacceptable and financially distressing. Dafabet’s failure to resolve this issue or communicate a clear timeline reflects poorly on their service and accountability.
