Hi,
I made a withdrawal request on the 27th of May whilst already being fully verified. I have several times reached out to live chat over the past weeks and each time being told the relevant team is performing non-specific checks and that I would receive an update via email.
I have received no emails from them and in fact have sent them two emails to the address they said I can complain to [email protected] (sent 7th and 12th of June) with no response.
