I have been waiting for 10 days for casumo to do an account review and withdraw my pending winnings.
I have been very cooperative and sent them all documents they have requested for and theres been no change.
I contacted customer support numerous times to try and get this sorted for me and they cant give me a time frame on when this will get done as it's done by a different department.
I am loosing confidence in this casino that I will receive my winnings from them!
No updates or time frame just get told the same thing to wait until I get an update via email? I dont know what else to do. I get told the same thing over and over again on live chat

Also to add this has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety! My withdrawal is still pending

When it comes to small amounts being withdrawn its sent straight away but when you win big they put your account under a review.
Ive been compliant, cooperative and reasonable with them.
Every documentation has been though PDF (no screenshot documents) legit documentation.
They accepted my ID
Accepted my proof of Address
Keep declining my bank statements which I sent them again for them to say its still under review.
They asked me how I was able to play on Casumo which they will of seen how through my bank statements that I provided although I dont see why that seems to matter in regards to me sending my winnings to me.
This is very frustrating to do everything they have requested and answer any questions they had and still be waiting 3 weeks later.
Im loosing confidence that this will get resolved for me now as live chat are not able to do anything or give me any updates and ive not had any emails back in a week about my account review/winnings.
They are quick to take your money but as soon as you request money back (especially if its a big amount of winning) they do not pay you your winnings and give you no reason as to why when you have done everything they have asked you to do!

Theres no updates as of yet. When I go on live chat they just say no updates ill hear via email as account is still under review? Ive sent them everything they have requested and its still not good enough? Saying can take upto 8 weeks? I just want my winnings that I won! Nearly 3 weeks of waiting...

Had an email back in regards to the review saying While we do our very best to provide you with a response as soon as possible, you can expect a response within a maximum of 8 weeks at the latest. Youre telling me it can take upto 8 weeks for a review so in the meantime my money will still be pending.. absolutely ridiculous, wish I never signed up to this casino!!
