I made a request to manually withdraw the balance of my account. I provided all documents requested since June 29th. I’ve sent several emails requesting an update to the relevant department with no response on July 1st, July 2nd and July 5th. I also engaged with live chat and am only told that the team will get to it “soon hopefully”
