21.05.22: I took a 4000EUR withdraw on Casimba.

01.06.22: Casimba asked me for some bank details. I got a response few days after that they needed some more informations about the bank. I did send all the informations in right away. Then Casimba wrote me this text back:

The documentation you have provided us with has now been escalated to our finance team for the purpose of processing the funds you have requested.

We would like to thank you for your continued patience and kindly ask that you allow some time for the aforementioned funds to be processed via the newly introduced method of payment...


Since that last response (1 month) have I asked for a status update 3 times, with no answer...

The livechat support is just telling meg to be patient...

The withdrawal attempt failed due to an issue on the Payment Provider side, and unfortunately, falls outside of our control. Our team has since been in touch with an alternative payment method options. Please could you kindly reply to that communication so that our support team can assist you further. Thats no news but how difficult can it be to tell me what the problem is with my bank? JUST SEND ME AN UPDATE VIA MAIL. You are just replying on this side in last minut every time with no news and no responce on mail.

I have been sending mails to support for weeks with no reply???

@askgamblers just rate this side in the buttom and call it a scam. They stole my money, this side most be a scam. I have been putting money on this side for months and finaly I won something and then this is how it ends 😔

I realy liked this side but this was a hurrible experiance 😔

Status update on this case is:

Its not possible for casimba to do a bank transaktion to my bank in faroe island (Visa card).
They have been saying that they are trying to find some other methods to send the money to my ( I have been waiting for a solution for week with no update )
They have been telling me to be patient for months now. I lost beliving the transfer to happen so I asked to get the money back on my Casimba account. But that seem to be difficult also.

Our Accounts Team have confirmed that they have contacted you directly regarding an alternative payment option, however following feedback from yourself, they embarked on seeking out alternate options, ensure that the funds are processed to you.

We recommend that you keep in direct contact with them, as they would be able to provide you with updates as received.

Thanks for trying to find a solution but it has been 3 months next week. How can it be that long of a processe :/
For me it looks like a one hour job that need to be prioritaded.
Hope you guys find a solution.
