Campeonbet Casino - My 2723euros balance was confiscated

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and apprehension regarding the confiscation of my balance of $2723 by CAMPEONBET without any explanation. As a regular customer, I had accumulated a significant amount of money in my account, which I had planned to utilize for future bets.

I received an email accusing me of engaging in prohibited behavior without providing any clarification, simply stating several points that could be the cause. However, I would like to state the following to clear up any misunderstandings:

1. Given my geographical location, I am unable to subscribe to various bookies, hence I did not participate in any type of matched betting or arbitrage.
2. I have not abused any promotions or bonuses, and my transactions show that I did not exceed the monthly limit allowed.
3. All my transactions were carried out through SKRILL, and I do not possess any duplicate accounts. Even if I wanted to use multiple accounts, due to my geographical location, I am unable to withdraw using my credit card to my bank account.
4. have no access to any betting exchange to gain any unfair advantages.
5. I have passed the KYC procedure and have previously withdrawn some of my balance. I provided all of the requested documents and additional verification without hesitation.
6. My betting pattern primarily revolves around football, mainly involving major leagues. Occasionally, I may use free tips to place a bet. However, I did not exploit any errors or loopholes when provided with odds by CAMPEONBET.

I would respectfully urge you to provide me with specific information and evidence regarding any prohibited activity that I may have engaged in. Without such evidence, I find it hard to accept that my withdrawal was reversed, and my balance was confiscated.

We would like to draw your attention to the following terms that the player willingly accepted before registering with our casino.

12.11 Website reserves the right to close down existing accounts without explanation. In this event, or in the event of an account closure by a customer the gull balance will be paid out unless any fraudulent (e.g. Arbitrage, etc.) behavior is suspected. Indicators, including but not limited, that gives Website strong reasons to believe that a bettor is abusing our offers using the arbitrage system are as follows: i) one deposit only in order to receive the MAX bonus offered. ii) Starting his betting activity with one single bet, Soccer Pre event, Stake = his deposit + bonus money, on high odd (higher than 2) iii) Starting his betting activity with single bets, Soccer Pre event, Stakes totalling = his deposit + bonus money, on high odd (higher than 2) iv) Continuing his betting activity with the same pattern mentioned above, with stakes = winnings from first bet(s)

Due to the strict prohibition against players following the predetermined betting pattern, any accumulated winnings were forfeited, and their deposits were returned.

I have yet to hear from CAMPEONBET or the curaçao egaming. If my funds are not returned in the next month, I will be hiring a lawyer as apparently they have done this to many users before with the same excuses and emails

Saque nao cai

Estou com 700 reais na plataforma, depositei 100 reais e fiz os 700. De início foi solicitado a verificação da conta com minha documentação, eu enviei e foi verificada. Em seguida, realizei o saque e o dinheiro retornou para a conta, mandei mensagem para o suporte e informaram que era por falta de comprovação de endereço, coisa que não faz sentido eles precisarem de comprovação de endereço mas tudo bem, enviei e foi aprovada. Solicitei o saque e até agora nada, só enrolam e estão dando uma desculpa que os saques são feitos manualmente, por isso tal demora. Estou precisando do dinheiro pra pagar dívidas e só ficam nessa de enrolação como se o cliente não fosse nada!

ATRASO E FALTA DE PAGAMENTO

Boa noite a a 5 dias venho tentando sacar o meu dinheiro na campeonbet sem sucesso, a verificação da minha conta foi feita e aprovada e não sofri nenhum tipo de restrição da casa, o saque a dias consta como pendente e a casa não oferece suporte para nós os usuários. O prazo estipulado pela própria casa é de 3 dias e mesmo com o prazo já tendo terminado o saque não foi processado, a única resposta que consegui através do suporte por e-mail foi que: estão com poucas pessoas trabalhando e por isso o atraso no pagamento. Problemas de pagamento com a plataforma

Me cadastrei nesta plataforma seguindo uma recomendação do Askglambers, achei que era uma plataforma séria pois ganhou o prêmio de 3º lugar do Askglambers. Fiz meus primeiros depósitos sem bônus, enviei meus documentos para verificação e ganhei uma quantia razoável. A verificação dos documentos demorou muito, depois de muitos e-mails enviados, a plataforma verificou meus documentos e consegui solicitar o saque do valor que foi contabilizado. O saque ficou pendente, não há suporte humano no suporte e a resposta automática diz que os saques demoram 72 horas. Esse prazo já passou e até agora nada, nem respondem meus e-mails.
