Campeonbet Casino - Getting the run with payment

Hello fellow staff at AskGamblers! I seek your guidance in this hair pulling situation.
On August 29th/2019 I got lucky playing on their casino slots and won a total withdrawable balance of 4248Eu.

I have followed proper protocol and submitted all my verification documents and have since been approved of all documents including screenshots of my ecopayz proof of payment account.
After a long while of my withdrawals being rejected, i contacted staff where THEN i was asked to open a EURO account within my ecopayz currency accounts. This did not seems like standard procedure as I have never had to do this in the past. I contacted Ecopayz and had the EURO currency account opened. I then took new Screenshots proving had opened the account with the coresponding account number. I am now fully verified on their casino yet on their withdrawal page, a notification keeps popping up saying i am not verified and can only withdraw 1000 from my balance. I assumed they had a withdrawal limit but that is not the case. I then received 1000 of my total 4248 weeks later which was paid to my CAD ecopayz account and not even the EURO account they had me open.

I then went back to their withdrawal page to see if i can now withdraw my full balance, but yet again i am given the not verified notification and 1000 withdrawal max limit because of that. I have been contacting Campeonbet through live chat and they will not give me an answer why this is happening and keep telling me someone will reach me which they have not. They have already paid me yet now i have just received an email saying my last 1000 withdrawal was rejected and that i am to withdraw VIA bank transfer which was not my initial deposit method to begin with.

I do not know what is going on but I certainly feel I am getting the run around as each time I speak to them about my not being verified in the withdrawal menus i get no answer and my withdrawals constantly being rejected after they have already successfully paid me once already. Please help me sort this out ASKGAMBLERS!

Please confirm if the issue has been resolved. Be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly. Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS terms providing updates in a timely manner is a must.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which/if are not part of the current complaint.
