I am absolutely beyond frustrated with this scenario. I have always been a huge client of there's and always get a bonus. I called in yesterday to request a match offer. At which point clearly during the call it was stated 50 percent I even said 5 0 to confirm after the deposit I was only given 30 percent. The 50 percent was also told to me was to be given on all deposits only for the one day. I called in 7 times and was promised a call back yesterday which never happened. I have been given the runaround and all I asked was the call to be reviewed which would prove my case. I was promised a cb yesterday which never happened I am absolutely furious over them not keeping their word and I need your help as I've wasted my time getting an absolute ridiculous runaround even that over tons of fair deposits and being a great client

Please see the findings from our investigation:
2015:
• A complaint was sent through to our Operations Department regarding a matched bonus being incorrect.
• A complaint resolution was sent to you via email stating that the account was credited with CAD 5.00 goodwill bonus and you were then advised on the offer of 30% match on your next deposit up to CAD 30.00.
• You disputed the percentage, stating it was meant to be 50%. The call was sent to you via email, where it can be heard that a 30% match would be applied to your next deposit.
• Upon your next deposit you received a 40% match, which was more than the 30% stated on the call. A bonus of CAD 22.80 was credited on the account which was 40% of your deposit of CAD 57.00.
• Our Operations Department then resolved the complaint via email with you.
